Intumescent Cable Fire Retardant Coating

Construction Method:
1. Before applying the fireproof coating, clean and polish the surface of the cable to remove dust, oil stains, debris, etc. The coating can only be applied after the surface has dried.
2. This product can be applied by spraying or brushing. Stir thoroughly before use. If the coating is too thick, dilute it with an appropriate amount of water to facilitate spraying.
3. During construction, before the coating dries, protect it from water, contamination, movement, and bending. Repair any damage promptly.
4. For plastic or rubber-coated wires and cables, apply directly at least four times, with a coating thickness of 0.5–1 mm and an approximate usage of 1.5 kg/m². For insulated cables wrapped with grease, first wrap a layer of fiberglass cloth before applying the coating. If applied outdoors or in humid environments, use a matching topcoat varnish.

Packaging and Transportation:
1. This product is packaged in metal or plastic buckets.
2. Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
3. During transportation, protect the product from direct sunlight, rain, and ensure that the packaging buckets are not damaged, overturned, or leaked.
4. The product has a shelf life of six months.
